Running out of room

If a gallery fills up.

Every plan has room for a set number of photos and videos, counting both together. When an event reaches that, nobody's photos are lost: you can move to a bigger plan, or simply add extra uploads to that event.

What running out means

Photos and videos share the one allowance, counted as guests add them. Once it is used up, guests cannot add any more — but nothing already in the gallery is taken away: everyone with the link can still view and save what is there.

Buying a plan adds the room

An event starts on the free trial, with room for up to 20 uploads. Buying a plan makes its allowance the event's: Essential 100 · Experience 500 · Premium 1 200. Room can also be added to one event on its own, without changing its plan. The event, its QR code and its guest link stay exactly as they are, whatever the plan, so nothing is reprinted and nothing is resent.

One payment, one event

A plan is bought once, for one event, and never renews. More room never turns into a subscription, and the same event is never charged for twice.

Going beyond Premium?

Premium is the largest plan we sell, with room for 1 200 photos and videos. Extra uploads are how an event goes past that, added to it in one payment: 100 more for R99 · 250 more for R179 · 500 more for R299. They add room only — the plan, the upload window and the gallery dates stay exactly as they are. Both are bought once, so no guest is ever turned away mid-event and nothing renews.
